The Abstract Hip Hop Orchestra @ Wardrobe, Leeds
Big band and live hip hop rhythm section playing live performances of big name tracks through to the work of The Roots and J Dilla instrumentals. The guest MC and female vocalist were a good accompaniment, but the two other main MCs made things a bit tacky with needless cocky “BLUH!”s and shoddy grime lyrics blad.
